After more than 20 years as an Assistant, Heather Baker established Baker Thompson Associates in January 2000 to fulfil the need for specialised PA/EA/admin training. She now travels the world working with Assistants to find ways they can excel in their roles. Heather is the author of Amazon top ten selling books and the creator of the BakerWrite speedwriting system. She is a Prince’s Trust business mentor, a supporter of Isipho Admin and a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management. Her courses are CPD certified and can be facilitated online.
