Carole Spiers was deeply honoured to have been awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in the King’s Birthday Honours 2025 for services to stress management, mental health, and wellbeing. This recognition reflects a longstanding commitment to promoting emotional wellbeing in the workplace and wider society. As an international motivational speaker and stress consultant, Carole has spent over 30 years working with global organisations to promote a culture of wellbeing, resilience, and psychological safety. Carole is the author of Show Stress Who’s Boss! (2007) and co-author of Tolley’s Managing Stress in the Workplace (2003) and is also part of our Speaker Bureau.
