Christy Crump

Christy Crump has 20 years of experience in high-level administrative positions and five years as founder and president of Crump & Associates, a training and professional development company with a client list including Fortune 500 companies. In February 2022, Christy was appointed the deputy director of telecommunications for the Florida Department of Management Services, where she leads a team that provides complete telecommunication services to Florida’s state government agencies, local governments, and law enforcement entities. She is a certified government administrative manager and is currently working on a master’s degree in organizational management and communication.
