Sarah Liveing
Sarah Liveing is the founder and owner of Walking Works – which aims to help businesses by teaching them the health benefits of walking, including aiding weight loss and improving concentration. She also offers a one-to-one personal service leading individuals on a journey of weight loss with her company Walking for Weight Loss.  Sarah suffered from a catastrophic cycle of dieting and bingeing that continued for over 30 years of her life. At the start of 2005 Sarah was severely overweight. She began training by walking three or four times a week and eating healthily. Within five months Sarah had lost five stone. She has since taken part in many extraordinary events including parachuting out of an aeroplane to walking up Mount Kilimanjaro. Sarah wanted to share what she had learnt and inspire others and so, in 2006, launched Walking for Weight Loss, leading individuals on a similar journey.
