Lisa Buss is EA to the CEO of The Outward Bound Trust, based near Penrith, Cumbria, UK. Outward Bound helps young people realise their potential through learning and adventure in the outdoors, which is something Lisa is passionate about and aims to model for the young people in her life. An EA for the last decade in the public and third sectors, Lisa prides herself on her strategic thinking and high levels of emotional intelligence. In 2024, Lisa achieved her Level 4 Certificate with the Adam Fidler Academy and uses what she learned during her studies to advocate for her fellow administrators.
