Ian Shipley, FITOL – Managing Director, General Manager, Operations Director, is one of the lead trainers delivering the Advanced Certificate for the Executive Assistant (ACEA®) globally. Ian has also contributed to the continual development of ACEA®, bringing his wealth of operational leadership experience to the table. He has spent more than 20 years at a senior level within the service sectors in UK FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies, delivering major turn-around and business transformation through creating cultures where people feel comfortable to take ownership and make decisions.
