After a number of years, Claire moved to a boutique agency specialising in corporate and high-end clients. In 2009, Claire co-founded boutique recruiter Bain and Gray, consolidating her client base and knowledge and balancing her work and family life. The company is now a leading PA recruitment agency that specialises in city institutions and well-known HNWIs.
