Kendra Adams, CAP, OM, PM is an Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO of Bridgeway Capital Management, where she has been working since 2016. Kendra has held various leadership roles with IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals) and recently completed her term as the 2025–2026 President and Chair of the IAAP Board of Directors. She is also a contributor to the Partnership Playbook, a comprehensive tool used to build executive–admin partnerships. With over three decades in the profession, she is known for her authentic leadership, spirit of excellence, and advocacy for the administrative profession.
