Karen Jennings is a professor and program director for the Administrative Professional and Office Management programs at Madison Area Technical College in Madison, Wisconsin. Her real-world experience includes employment as a medical secretary at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin. She earned her master’s degree in Business Education at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Karen teaches courses in Business Writing and Research, Document Formatting and Microsoft Office, among other office-related topics. Her passion is equipping those already working in the field with updated and relevant administrative skills.
