Jo Turner, Adell Finn and Angela Croad

JO TURNER has 25 years’ experience working in a variety of administrative support roles across different sectors. She is currently Executive Assistant at Black Country Living Museum, Dudley, UK – a multi-award-winning open-air museum, visitor attraction and educational charity. Jo has been a member of the West Midlands PA Forum since 2016 and is a Forum Committee member supporting the administrative community and making valued connections across the Black Country. In 2020, Jo became a Forum Mentor and won Mentor of the Year at the West Midlands PA Awards 2022. ADELL FINN has more than 20 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant. She has worked across both the private and public sectors, in areas such as the regeneration of Eastside, manufacturing and distribution, and now for an accountancy firm which specialises in the film, entertainment and sports sectors for ultra-high net worth international and UK clients. Adell is passionate about strategically supporting her executives and colleagues to meet the needs of the business and to ensure its growth, goals and principles. Adell actively pursues her own learning and personal development along with being a keen advocator for the Administrative/PA/EA industry. ANGELA CROAD started her Assistant career (by accident) in the 1990s, whilst working for British Telecom. For the last 7 years, she has been working in the family team at Higgs LLP, where she was awarded Innovation of the Year 2019 and, through the West Midlands PA Forum, was awarded the Leading by Example Award 2019. Angela is a mentor within her organisation and has recently taken on the role of Menopause Champion within the firm. This is a subject very close to her heart, and she is committed to ensuring the subject of menopause is ‘normal’ and not one that women should be scared or embarrassed to talk about.
