Hiyam Abuguilah
Hiyam Abuguilah has been an Administrative Assistant since 2001 and holds a first-class honours degree in Public Administration from the University of Jordan. She has completed extensive training in leadership, e-commerce, medical terminology, and quality management. For 10 years, Hiyam coordinated a major Saudi heritage festival and trained office and hospital administration recruits. Since 2021, she has managed administrative tasks for Patient Experience Week for King Abdulaziz Medical City/ Riyadh. Her book, Be an Exceptional Administrative Assistant (2024), reflects her expertise. Active on LinkedIn, Hiyam engages with professionals and runs a weekly newsletter on modern management and workplace insights.
