Caroline Rees Williams and Helen Rees

CAROLINE REES WILLIAMS is a business manager at The AA, where she supports the Managing Director of Financial Services and AAX. She previously spent six years at The Valesco Group as Vice President of Operations, EA to the CEO, and Trustee of The Valesco Foundation, which she established and ran alongside her operational role. Leading the foundation remains the most fulfilling part of her career, inspiring her passion for corporate philanthropy and social impact. Caroline holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics, is a multi-award-winning operations and CSR professional, a regular speaker at The PA Show, and a proud industry mentor. HELEN REES has more than 15 years’ experience as an EA in charity and nonprofit organisations. She is the Co-coordinator of PACE – the network for PAs supporting UK charity executives – and a committee member and mentor with the Strategic PA Network, as well as a multi-award-winning administrative professional. Helen has a passion for charity and non-profit governance and board engagement. Holding a BA (Hons) in Music, Helen is also a trustee of the Gwyn Arch Foundation (which provides music-making opportunities for young people across the Thames Valley, UK), as well as being a choir leader and facilitator of singing-for-wellbeing workshops.
