Debra Jacobs, PA within Natwest Markets, is a winner of the We Are The City Rising Star Awards 2017; with over 10 years of experience working with Senior HR leaders, across a variety of industries. Debra has been at RBS for 8 years, working within Group HR Functions. Her current role is in Learning & Development. Debra is both Founder & Chair of the PA Network at RBS. Setting up the network has been a real labour of love for Debra and has resulted in real tangible business benefits as well as great personal development for Debra and the PAs within the Network.
