RETO LEDER is CEO of the Convention Centre Trafo Baden, just outside Zurich in Switzerland. With 40 years of working experience in the international hospitality industry, Reto is the consummate service professional. Together with his team at Trafo Baden, he oversees the execution of some 600 conferences, meetings and expos every year. As Headline Sponsor of Executive Support since 2022, Reto and his team have made it their mission to put their vast event experience at the disposal of the global Assistants and administrative professionals community. RONI HUBER is Head of Technical Conception at Winkler Livecom AG, a leading company in the event industry. Roni brings over 25 years of experience in the event industry and has been with Winkler Livecom for over 20 years. As an expert in operation and design, he is responsible for the development of lighting and stage designs as well as the production of content. Roni has supervised numerous important projects as a designer and operator, including various TV shows for the SRF, as well as the annual Swiss Film Award for several years. On 1 January 2025, Winkler Livecom AG will become the permanent in-house AV partner at Trafo Baden.
