Paula Moio is a self-made, future-focused professional, who truly embraces her passion, advocating for change of perceptions and the recognition of the PA/EA role. She works tirelessly alongside a like-minded global network of professionals to raise the profile of the admin profession who are determined to break barriers in today’s demanding market.

Bestowed with a BBC News Award for her outstanding contribution to BBC News/ BBC World Service, where she worked as PA at executive/Board level for 15 years, Paula currently works as a C-Suite senior bilingual concierge EA, at a family office. She was   headhunted for the role on LinkedIn, and has been successfully working there since January 2016.

In 2016 Paula also worked as a consultant in a professional training project for EAs in partnership with Academia BAI in Luanda, Angola creating a course for EAs. This  partnership was designed to foster a change of mindset, as well as developing and amplifying the potential in raw talent. Paula subsequently designed and facilitated annual seminars for four consecutive years.

In order to help promote and raise the profile of the profession in the Lusophone Africa, her platform offers mentoring sessions, distributes regular newsletters and grants for access to international training conferences, both digital and/or in person.

Paula is the founder of Moyoeno Lusofonando, a project that has its primary objective empowering and training administrative professionals to provide services of rigor and excellence.
