Florence Katono is a double certified administrator, creative writer and Toastmaster.

For nearly two decades, Florence has partnered with top management executives in key Government organizations. She is currently the Branch Director of International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), Kampala Branch and Principal Administrative Assistant to the Director, Communications Department of Bank of Uganda.

A leader in the administrative industry, Florence has collaborated with many professional associations notably the Bank of Uganda Administrative Assistant Association (BUAA), the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) and the World Administrators Alliance (WAA). She previously won an international award as Pitman PA of the year 2015.

A seasoned Toastmaster, often described as a word painter, Florence’s texture of language and storytelling prowess leave the audience with an indelible taste on their palate. Her style of delivery is imbued with the unique art of storytelling and deep reflective writing. She has inspired audiences globally in Uganda, Kenya, United States of America, United Kingdom, New Zealand, South Africa, and Portugal to mention but a few.

Some of her favorite topics include thriving in the corner office of government departments, transformative goal setting, crafting and delivering indelible speeches, crafting persuasive business correspondences, journaling and reflective writing.
