Founder of Meee
Sid Madge founded Meee to celebrate and unlock the Magic in Everyone, Everywhere, Every Day (Meee). After a successful career working with some of the world’s biggest brands and leading creative agencies across Europe, Sid’s perspective shifted dramatically in 2015. During a talk with teenagers, he was struck by how negatively many of them saw themselves, and he knew something had to change.
Meee was born from this moment, blending powerful tools from psychology, coaching, branding, and neuroscience to help people better understand themselves and each other. At its heart, Meee believes it’s not the big ideas that create lasting change, but the small, everyday thoughts and actions that shape who we are and how we connect.
So far, Meee has touched the lives of thousands of people, from CEOs and entrepreneurs to students, teachers, carers, the unemployed, and even prison communities.
Sid’s mission is simple: to help unlock the extraordinary potential that exists in all of us, and to bring the magic of Meee to every community around the world.
In a world racing toward artificial intelligence, automation, and ever-shinier platforms, the most powerful technology is still the one we were born with: our own minds, hearts, and values.
At Meee, we’ve worked with thousands, from school leavers and young offenders to CEOs, to show how self-awareness, curiosity, and purpose-driven thinking form the ultimate inner operating system.
Research shows that 85% of job success comes from emotional intelligence, not technical skills (Carnegie Institute of Technology). In a digital world, mastering your inner tech is every bit as crucial as mastering AI tools.
This session explores:
“The best way to predict the future is to create it.” Peter Drucker
Join me to explore why your inner OS isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s your most important tool for navigating today’s AI-driven workplace.
Learning Outcomes
This session is available on demand in our Learning Library
In a world driven by technology and marked by ever-increasing connectivity, we find ourselves at the nexus of two remarkable forces – the power of human connection and the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence. Join us for an insightful talk by Sid Madge as we explore ‘CHATT: Conversations Happening all The Time.’
Learning Outcomes
These outcomes aim to equip participants with a deeper understanding of the evolving relationship between AI and human connection, and how they can leverage this synergy to enhance their own lives and the lives of those around them:
A fundamental need for us all, is to feel safe. Whether that’s physically, emotionally, environmentally, or spiritually, that feeling of safety lies at the very foundation of us all.
This remarkable talk delves into how the assurance of safety shapes our lives and relationships, influences our decisions, and fosters our growth.
Love really is all around us. Whether that love is a passion for another being, a cause, or a creative pursuit, it is the driving force that connects and inspires us. Love in all its forms nurtures and sustains us.
This creative talk explodes the acronym of LOVE and delves into the layers and dimensions of what it means to truly embrace and express love in our lives.
Time is our most precious commodity. Or is it?
We often hear the phrase “time is money,” emphasising its value and scarcity. Yet, time is more than just a resource to be managed. It’s a sequence of moments that shape our experiences, memories, and future.
This talk searches through the joy, sorrow, growth, and learning of those timely moments in life that make us, us.
How many of us are just surviving? Getting through the days with little satisfaction or joy. But why?
This talk delves into the essence of thriving beyond mere survival, exploring the underlying factors that keep us stuck in a cycle of mediocrity. It challenges us to redefine our approach to life by embracing shifts from simply getting by to truly flourishing, and thriving.
Sid delivered a session for the track I was curating at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising’s National Convention. His session was both moving and inspiring, and I think it really struck a chord with participants. This was demonstrated by the rush of people to meet him, at the end of his session, to further discuss some of the points he raised. I’d highly recommend Sid as somebody who will raise the aspirations of your team. He is a breath of fresh air.
